Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.
A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.
These detentions follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.
A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.
Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.
Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.
The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
